David Chen, M.D.
Dr. Chen graduate from John Hopkins University, magna cum laude with membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended Harvard Medical School-MIT division of Health Sciences and Technology in Boston. Dr. Chen served his internship in surgery/medicine at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Massachusetts.
His ophthalmology residency was at Tufts Medical School where he later served a Fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery and Neuro-ophthalmology at the New England Eye Center, Boston Massachusetts. He taught Oculoplastics as an assistant professor of Ophthalmology at Tufts/New England Eye Center for 2 years before moving back to New Jersey where he grew up.
Dr. Chen is Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, he performs many types of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids including the use of BOTOX® Cosmetic and Restylane®.
