MISSION STATEMENT

 

 

The mission of The Eye Care Center of New Jersey (ECC) Optometry Residency Program in primary eye care/ocular disease is to provide an intense, comprehensive didactic and clinical training program that prepares the optometrist to achieve advanced clinical competencies.  This advanced training program in primary eye care/ocular disease will enable the resident to diagnose and manage patients with a variety of complex, challenging ocular conditions and ocular manifestations of systemic disease and will provide the foundation for career long learning in the future advancement of optometry.
