This information is provided to all of our patrons in order to direct your telephone calls to the proper destination to meet your individual needs. You will be greeted by an automated attendant giving you the following options to choose from:

This line is checked frequently; however, if you do not receive a call back within 5-10 minutes please call the office a second time.

Our staff will ask you a series of questions necessary to schedule the correct visit to meet your needs. Types of questions:
Are you a new patient to our practice?
Which doctor would you like to see?
What is your insurance and/or does it require you to secure a referral from your primary care physician?
Do you have vision benefits?
What is the reason for your visit? Did you receive a reminder card and if so what are the letters beneath your address?
